Second, when will Apple go to universal wireless charging standard for this Watch. Now I have to buy a separate travel charger and/or a cord that has lightning and watch charger end. The best travel charger appears to be the Newdery that plugs into the wall directly. One more thing(s) to carry in my electronic travel pouch!
Dude I have tried those you tried and the curve plastic with black edges.
- Tpu clear flexible protectors difficult to apply without air bubbles/lint. Once you do get it installed a few weeks it lifts on corners.

IQ was the brand.
- Tempered flat glass doesn't cover edges and interferes when you swipe back from you app since there are edges you can feel.
- curved plastic with black edges do not respond to taps at times.

I say forget them protectors its not worth your time and hassle. Just be careful with aluminum watch or upgrade to stainless steel since they have sapphire crystal.

I bought a 2-pack Tauri hard case on Amazon. I like the black case on the red watch. I think it looks sharp. The clear plastic case looked more obviously like a case and cheaper I thought. Maybe a dark blue or dark gray case might be interesting.
The Newdery USB watch travel charger was crap. Do not buy. All it did was heat up the watch to charge it 1%. Getting returned.

Here is what I use. This is for the 44mm but I'm sure they have a 40. I bought my 6 about a month after release and I'm still on the first protector in the 2 pack.

I got my watch a few days ago from Walmart, and to my surprise it was assembled in Vietnam (serial number starts with H)
I did some research and only found one article in Vietnamese about Apple Watches being made in Vietnam, so the shift in production / additional production capacity must be really recent.

For the person who bought a clear case, I think clear just makes it even more obvious there's a cheap plastic case on it but to each their own.
