It always said that. But it doesn't mean anything. One of two possibilities. Since these items are individually shipping from random stores, either staff got overwhelmed with the orders and it's taking time, or they will all get cancelled.

Received 1 order. What are the options to exchange for the next size returning the Received order. ALSO, can I change the size for the orders in progress which are in preparing status. looks like the cotton would shrink 1 size for the shirts..

As long as you stay in your size category(tall, regular, or petite) and just switch sizes, it should be an even exchange. So you can do it in store or you can do the free shipping return, order the size you need, and call/chat for a price adjustment or have them place the order for you. You cannot change the order already in progress unless you call pretty much immediately after making the order and even then it is unlikely, but you never know for sure.

Since this was a sale that wasn't ever meant to be, I do not know what CS will actually do, but that is the normal procedure with returns/exchanges.
