Got it..got two actually one for each account since my Mom is the primary holder of the account and I get a costco card as well(Costco visa with my own membership number)..the only thing I have to figure out, in checkout I have to be sure its MY membership account info with my credit card number otherwise the order can be canceled but out of curiosity I went to checkout but its my Mom's info(I live with her) so not sure how to do it..also Ive never purchased an ipad from costco before I assume it comes straight from apple itself then shipped to us?

Does anyone know if the May shipping date is guaranteed? I ordered through Costco because I saw on Apple they were pushing everyone's shipping dates- sometimes until July.

Edit: this is for 12.9
I checked with a rep and May 28th is guaranteed Applause

Went with the 256GB model for $755 after coupon and shipping. Probably wasted the $100, but for this amount I'd rather not risk running out of storage.

So many of you using Discover, but... given that they nerf'd pretty much all useful consumer protections -- extended warranty, purchase protection, etc -- why would you do that on such a major purchase?! Is ~$24* really worth your peace of mind with this on an $800+ item?

* 3% of $800; difference between Discover's 5% cashback and a common 2% cashback card.

Just called CSR told them I'm a very loyal Costco.com member and I never received such offer (I don't typically subscribe to advertisement e-mails), the CSR was very nice and just gave me the code. For Costco members who do not regularly receive these e-mails, just ask nicely and you should get them. Placed an order for the just announced 5th gen 12.9 iPad Pro.

Just order the 2021 11" iPad Pro using the $100 off $500+ coupon, $750 - $100 + TAX = my total came out to $705.74 used discover to get 5% cash back ~ $35.28 final purchase price is $670.46
pretty good deal considering that these iPads were just announced and haven't been released yet retail price for the 11" iPad Pro is $799
I find that the 11" model is a much better value for the money over the 12.9" model since the internal specs are almost all the same aside from the mini led and screen size. The specs on this new M1 iPads are great super fast processor with 8GB RAM for future proofing
