Disagree. Maybe move your budget up to $250 and find something better. This phone sucks and you'll have to pay again in about a year and a half or less. The batteries are about 3-4 years old now. But hey, it's your $150. I spent $1k on the XL. Not a good buy in retrospect.
I got the used Woot deal also on the P3. Went through all the tests and I got over 6 hours of screen on time streaming video at max brightness (trying to get rid of some minor burn-in/image retention on the OLED screen). Seems to me the batteries are at least decent... Not a perfect phone but IMO one of the best available for $150.

I have had the Pixel 3 for years now. I think it holds up pretty well in today's time especially at that price.

Yes I will agree the battery isn't exactly top of the line, but for the most part it lasts about the whole day for me unless I use it excessively. You can always just bring a charger and or portable battery just in case.

Camera is really good on this thing in my opinion. Again not top of the line but a great value for what you're paying for.

I only wish there was an external SD card slot but the memory is pretty big enough for me as long as I clean it out regularly.

Steal for a budget flagship phone from the past. At this price you cannot go wrong.

Ahhh, I see the problem, you don't understand how budgets work.

Why not just go all the way and say "move your budget up to $1,500 and get a S21 Ultra or a 12 Pro Max."

Surely, there are no issues with battery or anything else at that price range...

I didn't hyperbolically inflate the budget like you did to try and make an argument. Adding $100 more vs adding $1000. Totally makes sense. Good night.
what are some examples of $250 phones you say are better than this one?

This dude is too butt hurt to realize what a deal this is. You can literally buy 2 of them and get 2x the battery life if worried, still only 300 bucks!

Got one - should be a good upgrade from my Moto G7. Dumb question - since it is unlocked will I have trouble using it with ATT? I just stick my ATT sim card in and I'm good to go?

I saw someone said to power it up without the included Verizon sim card. Can anyone elaborate on that?

Thanks!

$1000 for an XL that has problems... bad deal. $150 for a 3 without serious problems, good deal. Seems easy enough. Plus a full 1 year warranty if that 3 year old battery starts acting up. Even if it does have problems after a year, it's still only $150 spent (plus tax?).

FWIW, the 3XL I picked up used works fine, even if the battery only lasts a day and a half with moderate use and just over two days with light use. So no, not every 3 or 3XL is junk.

I have used pixel 1, pixel 2, pixel 2xl and pixel 3a and pixel 3a xl. I skipped 3 because of the very bad reviews and feedback it received while I was waiting for a deal on it.
If these refurbs have fixed the camera issues and battery life, $150 is a good price in my opinion.

Edit: For some reason I thought these were refurbished. Although this completely changes my opinion as the original devices had really unforgivable issues like I mentioned. Apologies.
