Amazon has amazing technical data on their products pricing, customer behaviors on their site, competitor pricing. If particular item is being watched by many customers, prices go up. If someone not buying through Amazon that frequently they offer them coupons to make it attractive.
People who buy very frequently on Amazon, they know those customers aren't going anywhere so why bother and provide them coupons.
I buy so much of Amazon it's ridiculous, but still get every coupon offered on SD so far

"GlaxoSmithKline patented (or bought the copyright) to Novamin, but only in America. There used to be more products with Novamin in America, but GlaxoSmithKline had them all pulled. Its not that Novamin products are "Prescription only" or prohibited in America, its that GSK sells these products exclusively to doctors/dentists at a huge markup, because they can, because money. So now in America, instead of buying a $9 tube of Novamin toothpaste, you pay $$$ for a one-time 'Novamin Treatment' at your dentist. Because they have exclusivity."

Most of the time it only takes 25% off one item.
I'm wondering if people are getting different prices because some are ordering via phone vs desktop. Sometimes the website operates different for one device over another for reasons I do not have the technical ability to understand.
