Unless you are going for the coolness factor a block cooler is better.
Usually better temps, easier to use, not as bad when they bork, and most importantly cheaper.

I agree that the RBG is just for coolness, but these can take you much less space on the physical motherboard than having a tower cooler. Each have thier own pitfalls.

Yeah there are pros/cons of each. But overall I feel like air coolers are more practical overall for those looking for a slick-deal 😎
I have an old Noctua tower cooler that's ten years old, but will still cool better than most AIO liquid coolers. That said, I'm still using an RGB AIO in my computer. My computer is a showcase PC. It's not about being practical, I built it to look the way I think looks good.
To each their own.

Isn't that the point of a "cooler"?? 😁
previous the cheapest one that i know was the EVGA 280 for 80 dollars after rebate.
not everyone need this to build new PC, i can certainly update my 240mm cooler for my TR 1950, which runs to 80c when tasked.
it is also worth mentioning that most of the CLC is made by asetek, you really just paying for the brand name.
