Maybe the EBB shows up as a credit on my bills? I wanted to make sure if anyone else has the same outcome. I attached a picture
How did you go to EBB application directly?
How did you go to EBB application directly?
At the bottom, you'll see the "Apply Now" prompt/button. Click it and fill out the requested info. If you hit a snag in the application and are using Chrome for instance, switch to Brave or IE, whatever else you've got and start over.
You will receive an application ID number which will be needed by your internet/mobile service provider to apply the discount to your account.
Good luck.

Expect long wait times and although the initial message at this number says you can set up a call back, you'll still have to wait for a long while to speak to CS.
Good luck.
I got the approval from charter/spectrum the same day I submitted the application. Says it will apply the credit to my account within 30 days. Didn't say anything about my plan changing.
This is is a good program for those in need. With unemployment so high because of the last president, the need for subsidized internet is greater than ever.
