Did you get any kind of confirmation from Frontier that its has been applied to your account?
My experience with Verizon is disappointing, but not surprising.
I just checked this month's bill and the EBB discount is of course not there.
Verizon is making it difficult for their existing customers to claim the benefit.
Got to call CS again and wait 2+ hours on hold to speak to an EBB specialist.
F***k You Verizon!
I signed up a relative for the EBB, Xfinity, the $50 off is reflective on the current bill.
According to the latest USAC EBB confirmation email:
"If you are interested in a connected device, click here [link removed] for a list of companies that offer connected devices. Not all companies participating in the program are offering connected devices. You will need to enroll with a company to receive your broadband AND device benefit."
So you must choose a company that provides both benefits.

My $50 credit applied to my spectrum internet account today and it is $0.00. Make sure they put the application ID on the application your service provider completes. I believe that is why it was difficult to verify my info when they submitted it the first time. Cheap skate rejoice.
Same here. I checked my account it reflected today and my balance is $0.00. Hopefully the discount reflects for awhile.
