Then omen service has sucked too? They are complete garbage after contacting them 14 times on this same laptop I ordered in February!!!!! Still not here.

You mean the support that told me they could cancel the order and didn't. The support who said that they would be sure to have it ship in a week and just lied since they have either a. Have no control over that or b. Do, and dropped the ball? The same support who said even if it ships to just ask to send it back, no issues since they understand that 3 months is absurd and then tell me a day later they won't accept it as a return, then 2 days after that tell me they will?
Yes, they are stellar. This is clearly just a parts problem. Glad you were there to see all those calls and chats with their support team to make a determination on how their support in my interactions was so good. What would I do without your insightful observation on this being just a parts problem.

All I know is that when I click on "chat with support", I get no one who knows what they are doing.
You must be speaking of technical support, which is not support in general. Which I can't test since I have no laptop sent.
