Parchment is it, la ti da. Back in my day we used rocks and let me tell you about painting on our walls. We didn't because we had none. Drew stick men in the mud we did.
back in my day we just put a flashlight on the floor pointing up and traced on a glass table! Glass tables probably arent a thing anymore though huh..

Is this a good deal? Kids love tracing then painting but we don't have good light for that, would this be a actually workable?
Can't we do this with an old tablet? Just open a white picture?

This is perfect for my son who loves drawing. He's been eyeing it for a while.

I bought something like this for my kid. Used it once, not even sure where it is now. It is pretty bright though and if you are looking to trace stuff, it actually does a decent job.

These work great for Dwarven Forge miniatures for RPGs. They have a light pad that's many times more expensive and is exactly the same thing.

Keep in mind this is powered, not wireless so it always needs to be plugged in but it works well and no complaints.

Back in my day we held our parchment to the sun but it was too thick to be light transparent. We painted murals in our walls instead. Do people still paint murals on their walls? That's probably not a thing anymore huh?
