Since most people are lazy and cant possibly climb out of bed in the morning to make eggs, one could simply pick up a protein bar that is low in sugar, sub 3g.

Literally, if people would just wake up 10 minutes earlier, they could make eggs. But, the weak mind prevents that and the snooze option on the phone or alarm clock is just too tempting.
