New AAA games? Maybe, but at 720p & low.
Generally you'll want a discrete GPU for most PC gaming.
You could certainly do 720p on high for new AAA titles and likely even 1080p.
16 GB single channel is fine. Easy upgrade to 32 GB.

5700G has 16 MB of L3 cache, and each core can access the full 16 MB.
That's a huge improvement, and I don't think anyone will miss that extra cache. Upgrading to dual-channel RAM is obviously a good idea, although I wouldn't even bother buying a kit.

Any insight you can provide would be appreciated. I've done some Googling and it looks like it could run it alright, but just wanted to see what some people thought.
This would be quite a bit faster. Esp if you add another stick of memory to it for dual channel memory.
