Graphics cards are what makes a gaming machine stand-out, of these two cards which is better

I was told RTX 3000s series and Radeon 6000s series are the op of the line.

Edit: the Power Supply is 310 watts much less than the recommended for either RTX 3000 or Radeon 6000 GPU.

The machine does only come with one stick of RAM. If you add a second you can get a small performance bump.
So unless your card draws power only from the slot, I would not bank on it working.
