I don't know if the price is good but we have had the 12v drill/driver combo for prob 10+ years and use it frequently. 3-4 times a week for the past few weeks while we put together a playhouse for the kids. It's light, easy to handle, decent battery life, and can handle most jobs we throw at it.

Yes, the 12volt drill and driver kit is the best balance of price/power/weight. I own Milwaukee's M12 line too, but still like using the Bosch

Totally Agreed, got the same kit from that $99 deal years ago, and the drivers and battery are still going strong.

I picked up the same "LITHEON 10.8V" set (later rebranded to 12V) on a slickdeal 10+ years ago and also use it regularly. It just keeps chugging along!

The 12V drill and driver is an ineligible item for this promotion. Price has been $99 for a little while now, which is the historic low average over the past few years. Sweetening the deal by $20 probably turns a negligible profit situation for this product into a clear loss situation.
