Woot rep said these are from a third party vendor. Also these were open box with a third party seal type sticker. That's how mine was received.

I figured Google had some new 3 XLs laying around but was looking to unload the 3s first. Doesn't seem like a great price to me.

Mine 128GB Pixel 3 came brand new with the original seal stickers. Otherwise, I would have returned it since it was advertised as brand new.
