Rather see the exceptions than go through the whole cart process just to get screwed at check out (switch games as example). Ain't no thing chicken wing. Plus some people wouldn't even get this notification if it weren't for keywords. I know I don't sign up for target alerts.

i think the SD community needs to take their frustration with exclusions and direct them toward the team that owns/runs/develops SD. it would be super simple to create a new input field for exclusions on the deal submission page and have the alerts ignore that field. problem solved. it's 2021 we have the technology.
