And it comes with lots of accessories.
(They had the kit without the bag but this one includes a bag)
Seriously, for $20 I don't think they did bad at all. Some people don't need expensive tools because they rarely use them. I had a crap nicad Kawasaki drill that cost about $20 with a case and it lasted at least 6 years. It lasted a lot longer than the junk batteries that came with it. One Wally locally listed as having this set for $30, that's too much but $20 is ok.
