In that case it's a unique listing offer and the IMEI will be displayed on the sales page right after your purchase. If you order good quality or spend $10 more for mint you should be golden. Once purchased on the sales page you will see the serial number (IMEI):

If you order from an enterprise seller with generic images and none displays the unique listing number the IMEI will NOT show up and you may have to wait until they are back in the office on Monday and the deal could be over.

You get to keep the credit (moved to account level after pay off) if you do any thing to this A71 (sell on eBay etc.) except when you trade it in for another EIP.

Yes and No.
It was explained earlier in this forum thread. You can keep the credit (moved to account level after paying off) even if you sell it on eBay for example, except when you trade it in for another EIP.
If the first EIP device (still under 24m agreement even if you pay off early) is used to trade in for a second EIP, you lose the credit on the first EIP device.
Your choice. I called and confirmed with CS too.
I'm not sure where you are, but I just got it Costco (Danville, CA)

NOT RIGHT! For iPhone 7 you get $530 credit which is processed as bill credit for 24 months. iPhone 12 Pro is $999 for 128GB. So you get bill credit for $530 and the remaining $470 plux taxes you pay. Tax you pay upfront and $430 is split again for 24 months
Thank you in advance!

Costco has two deals going on. One is iPhone 12 pro for $849 plus tax where you pay the amount upfront. This is the deal that depends on the stock on the store since you get the phone right away.
For the trade in deal, they depend on the online stock and I think that is centralized throughout US. You have to ask for the trade in deal and they will just process the order in store and the phone will be shipped to you in 3-5 business days.
Maybe tell the associate that you are interested on the trade in deal.
