In that case it's a unique listing offer and the IMEI will be displayed on the sales page right after your purchase. If you order good quality or spend $10 more for mint you should be golden. Once purchased on the sales page you will see the serial number (IMEI):

If you order from an enterprise seller with generic images and none displays the unique listing number the IMEI will NOT show up and you may have to wait until they are back in the office on Monday and the deal could be over.

I was going to gamble it but my 3rd phones is either X or XR, not worth the gamble. There will be more offers
I spoke with an agent for the phone trade in, and when he emailed the contract to sign it showed that I was financing $829, and there was nothing in writing anywhere about the monthly credits. He told me it was normal, and that I would see it later? Is that normal?
Also, he told me I was going to be charged a $20 activation fee on my next bill--is this normal?,
Lastly, the phone back it cracked (not the screen), is there a chance it will be rejected?
Thanks in advance, I have never done a promo before.

took my parents soooooo long to get used to touch phone. Thought using iPhones would bridge the change from dial pad to touch screen but nooooo. Got them iPhone 8 and SE and they still asked me to find them the old flip phones. Ironically, used old flip phones are same or even more expensive than smartphones
Tried to upgrade my parents' phones with the iPhone 11 when it came out, the lack of home button stressed them out so much after a week that I had to return their 8 and SE
It's been years since I got them on smartphones and they still ask if I get them the old old buttons cell phones. I was all
Anyway, hoping Apple will bring back home button in large screen phones so I can upgrade my parents' phones.
Thanks for sharing your experiences ..... I do feel better now, I wasn't the only son who went through all that 🤣😂🤣😂
Agreed: flip phones are pricey, and very few, if any, variety. In fact, I don't think Samsung makes a T Mobile compatible flip phone today.
But .... at least your, and my, parents cannot say we didn't try

No, your phone will not be accepted if it's cracked. Including the back. You will not get the full $830. I can't say for certain how much you will get, but you are going to be very disappointed.
I'm afraid if I use my own packaging material, I'll damage the phone.
