I have 17s, 18s, and 19s. The 18s are noticeably bigger than the other two. Recommend going down at least half a size.

I have never used Ghost. i was more concern the later generations of Glycerin for womens have gotten narrower since the 14's. In my opinion, the Men's have gotten narrower compared to Glycerin 12-14's. The Mens Glycerin 16 I bought a year ago, I had to go up half a size compared to the Glycerin 12-14's.
