From everything I can tell, the multiplayer servers are no longer supported for this game.
So, it's single player only.

You should also be informed that Red Alert 3's servers have been shut down since it relied on GameSpy; however, don't fret, online play is still here. After installation, you should install C&C Online from the Revora Creative Network. Get it up and you'll be able to play with others again.
I loved RA1 and liked the expanded features in RA2 like deploying GI troops.
Is RA3 any good? Should I just complete C&C Remastered and be happy with that? I find so many games do not age well, and I don't want to ruin my memory of the series!
