Christ the amount of disinformation on this site is astounding. From someone that works "in the field" specifically in the medical area (all those nasty plastics that probably save millions of lives daily, heck I only have a doctorate in the field what do I know), the resin that is used in these types of containers is a copolyester, specifically a resin called Tritan[eastman.com]by Eastman. There are no BPA or BPA analogs used in the production of copolyester, unlike PC. (this is a coPET, where some physical-property-modifying component has been added to the polymer chains of PET to make it more resilient; FWIW PET is what your water and soda bottles are made from) Therefore there cannot be any more BPA/BPS "left" in the resin (container) to do any leeching.
The gasket is made of SPC and ironically is in the same class of resins that is used by a few of my customers in things such as blood bag liners and IV's.
One of my R.M. Brilliance was damaged in the microwave from heat. When I called the they said "only safe for gentle re-heating for 30 seconds. I would buy their Brilliance Glass version if you want to microwave in your storage container. Target has the glass ones listed.

I don't know much about this stuff, but I watched this video, where the guy asks a researcher on the topic, and the researcher was not able to give a definitive answer on what plastic does not leach hormone inhibitors into food. But please by all means school me some more, I'm very interested in the topic. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BIvHrC_mS_M
All discussion of materials aside, this is just $2 below the normal $25 price.... but during the pandemic it's been $5-10 above normal. Hopefully it's back down for good now.
My environmental health friends have told me that there no such thing as microwave safe plastic.
If you haven't realized yet that your environmental health friends are insane or just very very misguided and looking for cause to fill up the emptiness inside I don't know what more to say. I suspect they are all secretly disgusted that they are beastly humans with the fifth and nastiness that brings along and are looking to separate themselves out as some type of pure beings. You have to notice all the talk about how they do things better than you along with talk of purity, purges and flushing out of impurities and such. It mirrors many of the very early primitive religions.
They worry about trace amounts of danger that are effectively zero while eating and living a lifestyle that is full of much larger dangers. The fresh and organic veggies they eat all have the same toxins that that they will have product pulled for. They haven't realized that the sun, the earth and even the universe itself is at battle with humans and wants to kill us.
Life expectancy has increased dramatically with our ability to live somewhat unnaturally out of that cycle. Your environmental friends want you to go back and live a lifestyle that takes you back to an average age of death of 40. Our long lifespans has taken some hits recently and it is this silliness with all natural products that is setting it back. People die with great regularity that follow some new and faddish health advice. You can go on the web and buy things that will literally kill you but are advertised and sold as healthy. Eight babies dead from sucking a on an all natural teething ring that contained lead did nothing to stop the billion dollar industry selling more snake oil. Their lobbying and payoffs to Congressmen has kept and and all regulation at bay. The babies are just a small portion of the hundreds of thousands dead form this insanity. http://whatstheharm.net/index.html
Don't take their advice it can cost you your life.
That all explains why they are all pasty and gaunt while lecturing you about health. They do things because Gwyneth Paltrow tells them to and are not people to be trusted. The irony is that I know hardcore alcoholics and junkies that have more wellness than you typical environmental health follower. Sailors used to be able to perform duties in hard environments on a diet of salt pork, environmental health people fall over in a faint if they eat out of plastic or get a too much salt or MSG. They are constantly in a tizzy and in a state of fear and worry. It is an illness that used to be called hysteria or hypochondria.

I love them, been using them for years. Mine basically go from the dishwasher, to the fridge, to the microwave, and repeat. They lock super well and have a satisfying SNAP close. I also like them because they are just flexible enough to "burp" the air out — which is the cause of food spoilage and freezer burn — and can give you an extra day in the fridge or much longer in the freezer.
The dishwasher does lower the life on them, mine started to de-laminate after a while and I needed to buy another set.

Tell me, have you found any studies looking at the effect of heating this material in a microwave on human health? Could you please refer me to those as you seem to think the evidence is conclusive and that what I said was misinformation. thanks in advance!

Curious to hear your thoughts on this study and its conclusions. BPA is not the only thing to be concerned about. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24886603/
[I too have a doctorate, fortunately not in arrogance]. Would i ever heat any plastic container in a microwave given how few studies have been done? heck no.

I've got a doctorate in epidemiology. Understanding risk is what i do for a living. No need to talk down to me. Is yours in creative writing? And my friends, well they are world experts in this topic so yes i trust them.

In epidemiology have you or any of your friends determined that an industry and movement that has people teething babies on lead containing product and people dying from products purchased at a drugstore or Amazon may not be all it's cracked up to be.

$2 bucks more but better set
I use the 3.2 cups the most, then the 4.7 cups second most.
I got in on a walmart deal for the same 18 piece set April 2020 for $19.26. So not sure if I should get more at $24.26 or see if it drops down.
The super small ones 0.5 cup are not that useful, but i use it a handful of time to store extra sauce.
The 1.3 cups are pretty useful to hold nuts or other small amounts of food.
