Mine was shipped to store on Wednesday, supposed to be at the store on Monday. My order shows 2 packages being sent to the store. Not sure if that's the two sanders or if one package is the sanders and the other is the router.

My ship to store order says the same thing -- 2 separate packages (but same tracking number). I guess we'll see.

Just got off the txt chat, was sent a $75 egift card. Checked email and its there! They are still saying I will get the router in 3-5 days but they have no tracking.. but at least i got the gift card!

I also received only the sanders. I chatted briefly via text and got a full refund and told to keep the sanders. They kept it short and sweet and offered it to me right away without me asking (I didn't even think to check the thread first). The rep and I only exchanged 6 messages total and two were me thanking them, lol.

Sorry to everyone else that had a painful experience.

I wonder what is the motivation from HD to both refund the order, AND allow customers to keep the sanders? I get the idea of good will, but that's a lot of good will considering the number of people affected. I for one did not get offered a refund. Oh well
