This or the Mushkin Pilot E for the same price? Pilot is effectively an SX8200 Pro clone (the original fast version). Benchmarks show them trading blows on everything.

I had a SK Hynix SSD in my i5-2500k and never had any trouble with it, but i did get annoyed that the last time sk hynix redid their website they just dropped all downloads for legacy devices. No SSD monitor or migration software for their older SL and SC model drives.

https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/42874738 That is my actual benchmark. Ignore the rest of my system, I have a few computers pieced together right now and my GPU isn't In that computer. It's shows full info on my drive (edited for grammar)
Thanks for sharing, I never used UserBenchmark before. But here is mine just 1 run.

Awesome drive, I've been using it for a few months in a laptop with a small battery, seems like battery life did improve slightly (which is one of the reasons I bought this drive). I do wish they had a 2 TB model, but for now 1 TB is enough for me.

Too early to tell. Sony has yet to activate expansion slot and set specs/brands.

Good timing for me as I just ordered a gaming laptop. I was going back and forth between the WD SN750 and the 970 Evo Pro, which by the looks of the benchmarks run faster and more power efficient for cheaper! That's a win in my book! Thanks OP!

Unlikely even when activated. I believe they are looking at using gen4 nvme for the ps5. Nothing official yet tho.

definitely a deal considering the fact that things are slowly getting inflated across the board and there's a huge shortage in computer supply in general. i would buy your upgrades now because they aint getting any cheaper.

Not to mention inflation of the dollar. $100 just doesn't buy nearly as much stuff as a year or so ago.

Just ordered and a FYI for everyone...coupon/discount only applies to a quantity of 1, so it looks like you can't get the discount on multiple units.

Claimed TBW is a joke, SK Hynix rates their enterprise drives at 3 DWPD, this should have compatible memory module endurance.
750 is rated by SK. 3DWPD is ur day dreaming. If that's true nobody gonna spend at least 5x more to buy enterprise ssd.

Will it work in a mac book 2015?
No, all Macs use a proprietary nvme part that is not compatible with the standard. There are adapters, but I had corruption issues the one time I tried it.
