DigitalTrends [digitaltrends.com] reports that Aukey, Tomtop and urlhasbeenblocked products have been completely removed by Amazon. Attempts to click on Aukey EP-T27 earbuds links take you to an empty Amazon page with "sorry" written across the top and a picture of a dog.

No loss. Aukey is primarily low end junk with tons of shill/paid for reviewers. And lots of shill postings on Slickdeals, as well.

Not to be confused with Anker--although that's exactly the mistake they'd like you to make.

Thanks SD for saving us from urlhasbeenblocked and urlhasbeenblocked.

I'm such a lazy lemming that I can't think for myself and need someone to guide me along my purchasing operations. Come to think of it (thinking is hard), I've never had an original thought in my life.

Maybe I'll search for other bargain web sites so SD doesn't have to carry the whole burden. Sites like urlhasbeenblocked and urlhasbeenblocked are nice bargain aggregators or aggravators or whatever you call them. I really miss FatWallet.

True, but you've been around long enough to see (or not see) those blocked URL messages. Many came from other deal sites that would save % of your money (rack uttin?). I wish they'd trust SD member to be adult enough to deal with these sites but fine to block offensive language that has no place here.

I understand. That is what I used to think. BUT be aware that there is a mod who said otherwise recently. IDK if I can even find or remember the thread but it was only a couple of months back. If I do I will PM you so you can advise them. They said we could mention but could not link.

Update: Just messaged you the link. It was in a thread about SD cashback extension offer. I presumed that mod should know when they said links were prohibited but that many times mentions of other cashback competitors happen and are allowed. Maybe the mod needs to edit? I gathered from that post that SD had somewhat relaxed their "mentioning" rules as they now have their own CB extension. I know I cannot post what another mod said out loud here. So many confusing and subjective rules, I cannot always keep them straight. I have redacted any references here about other sites also.
