I've watched this guy's videos and I don't place much stock in anything he says. He's not a medical doctor, a scientist, or registered dietician. He's a chiropractor.

I happen to like Idahoan brand mashed potatoes and the 1st time I used a pack it amazed me how it poofed up when placed in water. I really thought it was amazing. I called the company and the man on phone told me they were dehydrated about 98-99% and so adding water to the pack (actually other way around) results in a rapid rehydration which looks like they poofed up. He told me I would love the dehydration processs as much if I were there to see it and offered to send me some product coupons and a week or so later in mail came literally like 40 coupons for a free product. We make them now an again when in a rush and cant cook ourselves. I have a few free products left in pantry. I imagine BC brand very similar

Might be a good buy for this brand, but I would much rather have the ones where you only need to add water. Pass.

Nope. I actually think and do a little research, but go ahead and chow down on this crap while your doc prescribes statins and blood pressure meds. I wonder where we've gone wrong?

Fair enough. Here are some that are 'real' doctors:

Sure, most will scoff but if I steer just one person in the right direction it was worth it. Wake up, people.
