I have bought 3 qualifying purchases twice and submitted them both times to the correct offer and have gotten 0 credits so far. Sent in a support request and have heard nothing for a week. Is anyone getting this to work?

You need to upload your receipt to that special page (in OP) for the water bottle in addition to (or instead of) the main upload port for you to collect points. I've done a few of this style "side" point deals in the past with no issues. Every one of them required a second upload of the same receipt and took a day or few to return a credit.

had same problem, called customer support and got credits instantly

I submitted a customer service ticket a week ago. Today they responded and said they will adjust my account and I should see the 3 credits within 5 days. Edit: 2 days later I got the 3 credits and ordered the water bottle.
