and how do you know the owner is local as well? have you met her there from the last visit?
My receipt shows "other franchise" as the reason for coupon.
ETA it does clearly say on the coupon where it's valid so if they don't offer to make it work I wouldn't fuss with them.
I Get the haircut, go up to the front desk and they scan the coupon to tell me sorry we're not a participating location, the total is 18 dollars. So my next go-to is to use my gift card which makes hair cuts a flat rate at 10.99 and they said they cant do that either.
I went to another great clips once who had the 8.99 promotion and they wouldnt let me pay with the gift card at that rate, they would charge me 10.99 like the giftcard says rather than their sale price.
Just ridiculous, last time I purchase a gift card from them or give one during COVID.
PLUS ALL STORES ARE INDEPENDENTLY OWNED FRANCHISES
