You returned an amazing vacuum. Sometimes the vacuum disconnects from WiFi due to either ISP issues, router issues or a firmware update. Anyone of those issues is very easy to fix. The first two, you only need to reboot your modem or router. The second issue you only need to reboot your vacuum.

Tried it in 2 different locations with 3 different routers or access points. They may have fixed it with a firmware update but the first 3 months with it was unbearable. I now have 360 or Roborock and it's been better in every aspect.
As I said, they haven't released replacement parts. And maybe don't trust a product with 6 reviews on it.....
If you need to use the warranty and you tell them about the non Wyze replacement parts then you aren't Wyze enough.
So you keep your broken parts to reattach for sending back in?
That's how hoarding starts.

I had the issue then I rebooted the vacuum and the problem was solved. Also I use to have optimum for internet. The connection was so bad that I got many internet issues that needed to reboot router and modem very often.
I rebooted the vacuum with support atleast 10x when I was able to get a hold of them. I tried with Verizon fios and spectrum. they may have fixed it with a firmware update since I bought this in their presale at $199. Wasn't worth the hassle for me, but I'm sure it must be better now

I would keep the parts until the 1 years warranty. But Wyze customer service is very good. I doubt it that they will ask you to send it back. I had a problem with a camera and they just send me new one without asking for the broken one in return.
$35 camera is very different than a $200 vacuum. And there's a bunch of people who can't get anyone at customer service to return calls.
As with all wyze products, they just church out devices, and then stop supporting them pretty quickly. It's hard to suggest spending $200 on a single wyze device. Not to mention the bait and switch they pulled on person detection.

My experience with Wyze is very different. I am very satisfied with them. And customer service is terrific. With technology most of the issues are user error.
But if you want to use the exact replacement parts for your Wyze robot then you can look for Roborock S4. Those two robots are the same and the replacement parts are identical.
