That's what a typical run size is for mens shoes FYI. Unfortunately the people who wear 13 and up are sometimes included and sometimes not. Varies by shoe model and manufacturer.

Lucky you. I worked at DSG for 5 years in shoe department and on truck days and many many many times did I only receive shipments of shoes sizes 7.5-12.

I find that really odd. Maybe it was just unlucky shipment. DSG was where I bought most my shoes while my buddy worked their for a few years and never had a problem. If I wasn't able to get my size, usually that specific size was out and they would often still have 14s and 15s left. I only know this because I would sometimes try on a 12/12.5 and a 14 to see if any would fit.
