With their constant solicitation calls, emails, letters, and ads in my vehicle for a very poor quality radio service, I'll pass, even when free.

The bitrate is about 64 kbps for music and 32 kbps for talk on Sirius.
The bitrate on Spotify HIFI/Tidal Masters is 320 kbps CD quality for lossless audio.

Use an app, connect a cable, and ditch the garbage audio of Sirius. (FM radio is 96 kbps)

The bitrate is probably somewhere between 24–48 kbps depending if the AAC variant is based on v1 or v2 of the HE codec. The sample rate of the played back audio is likely 32 kHz or 44.1 kHz which will yield 16–22 kHz of audio bandwidth.

Worked for two Hondas... use a unique (or misspelled ) name if you've previously been an active customer.

I noticed that I had full service the other day after cancelling months ago. Would they have pushed/updated my service for free for 3 months or do I have a free holiday trial/preview or something like that?

They have a free holiday trial promo currently. I think it's for 2 weeks and started a few days ago.

How many times is SD going to push this out as a FP deal? This is the 4th time I have been notified about it.
This "deal" must be sponsored. It just won't go away! The constant bumps to the top of the front page is annoying.

They have a few trial periods every year around certain holidays. Christmas, Mother's Day, etc. They send reminder emails when these trials happen. Well, they don't email me anymore. They must still be pissed about losing that class action suit. 😎

We just bought a used car and I tried signing up but the website says we're already signed up for a free trial. Dealership says they didn't do it. But the unit in the car is prompting us to call it add to our free trial, but not giving us any channels.

So I really need to call and try customer service? Everyone is making it sound like a nightmare
go to "manage my account & click sign in"
click "refresh my radio"
follow instructions... entering in VIN ...follow steps.

Summed up nicely. The audio quality is garbage and I'm surprised satellite radio in general hasn't gone under due to streaming services

You are right but this is for those with little data in there area or those who don't pay for a lot of data. They have their own audience. When i travel in rentals that have it, I really enjoy it when I'm out in the desert and nothing works but flawless xm. I hate their talking though even in there middle of pure music channels someone has to talk between song, wtf.

My exact complaint. I don't need or want a dj. I don't care that they saw the band they are playing in concert, nor news about the band. Went can't they just play music non stop

Slickdeal spam. Please take the site back to 2015 when it wasn't full of paid ads like this one.

This post is like a turd that won't flush. It swirls down the front page a little and then pops back up to the surface defiantly floating on top mocking you with its existence.
