I'll second this, I got 3 or 4 of the satisfactory Lenovo 940s, while all were better than satisfactory one was missing the charger, another one was missing the pen, overall returns are very easy with BB so if not up to your expectations then return and move on.

At this price and given the features (1080p, 2-in-1 design, 14" screen, m3 CPU) this is possibly one of the most balanced Chromebook deals I've seen. Certainly can't make any claims to the flagships that float around here for the $450-600 price points. At the same time, this is well above the typical Atom-based, $200 Chromebook.

Yeah box is never included for satisfactory condition, also picked one of these up a few days back in Satisfactory and charger wasn't included, price dropped today and I returned, bought an open box excellent and was like new in box with new charger. And saved $50 haha

Tried my luck with a fair condition and I'm wondering how they even accepted this return with a giant scratch on the back and scuffs all around. Was going to keep it despite that until I saw with purple splotch that's noticable when the screen is black.

My "Open Box Excellent" arrived quickly. The item is described as "Looks brand new" on the BB website. However, there is a very noticeable good sized dent on the top of the cover above the Asus logo. There are also scuffs and scratches all around the exterior of the laptop. Finally, the manufacture date is almost 2 years ago, August 2019. Pretty disappointing. I'll be returning this one unless I can exchange for another that actually does "Look brand new".

So mine has august 2019 manufacturer date also that I'm not too happy about I didn't think it would be that old. But I need to add that mine is actually in perfect condition.
What puzzles me is why would Best buy have this for so long? And do we get a manufacturer warranty or is that void because it's open box
