How does this compare to Samsung 3 and samsung active 2?
Why is it so low when right next to it there are the same gen with different wrist strap for 150 ish more ? Does anyone know ?

Be aware that Google & Samsung just announced an alliance for the next version of their watch os, now called just Wear. Support for this Skagen watch might be limited and this might not be upgradeable to the new OS. The new OS is a mix between Tizen, Wear OS & Fitbit (which google also acquired)

If I'm not mistaken they use wear os and it's also a fossil watch just rebranded. Have to check the reviews but it doesn't matter I bought the galaxy watch deal for 94.00 this week it came today looks nice.

Because Wear OS watches are horrendous, Google almost abondoned the platform. Atrocious battery life some don't even last a whole 8 hrs. Fossil makes 80 percent of all wear os watches, they themselves had to take into their hands to build power saving modes and fitness tracking like sleep tracking which is completely missing from Google Fit. Honestly I had the Fossil Gen 5 which is the best Wear OS watch and that sucker will die on a 5 mile hike tracking! The Samsung watches are way refined when it comes to fitness tracking and the apps that it supports and really seamless if you have a Samsung phone with ecg, spo2, Samsung pay, also Samsung watches have LTE version giving you the ability to call or text without being tethered to the phone

After getting mine 3-4 days ago... I was disappointed by the battery life at first as it basically drained within 2 hours! But I have learned that was because I was constantly playing with it like any toy. Eventually when I learned all the basics. I just go about my day and it last until 15-30% at the end of day. Will continue to test how it fits into my life style
