This is a neutral shoe with a good bit of cushion, so they are good for supinators. I have worn them and they are very comfortable. The only deterrent was the price, which is now cut in half. However, the Nike Air Zoom Structure 23 is probably better overall for supinators for daily wear.

I believe the Pegasus are more for well cushioned / supinators
These are what I use
supinators tend to have higher arches

As a previous comment said, be aware that when returning Nike.com purchases to a local Nike store, they cannot refund purchases made with PayPal to your PayPal account. I was given a gift card for the balance instead.
These fit quite narrow and doesn't fit slightly wider foot. It feels like it is too snug on the fore foot and crushes it. I tried and returned a couple of sizes and still couldnt find a comfortable fit. Nike also has a wide version which is priced at 90$. They have addressed this in pegasus 38 which now has a wider toe box in the non wide version.
That's a legitimate concern, unfortunately there aren't many shoe and apparel alternatives that don't have equally (or even worse) labor practices. For running shoes from a major brand you're limited to a few specific New Balance models.
