Stop wasting time and get them instead, you'll not regret.
I was looking at the same a few years ago and kept seeing the regular set going on sale a few times a year and did research and found very little difference for alot more price.
Glad I'm still not waiting ion hese to drop another $25-30 where they should be like I was over 3 years ago!
They should be regular priced in the $125 range by now, and even more reason after owning the regulars not to wait or over pay.
My 2 cents..
I have the impact driver and the previous generation of brushless drill/driver, and they're both great. They're great tools, and the batteries last incredibly long.
Hopefully the original post can be corrected.

Oops. My apologies. My first deal post.
Last popular deal for this combo was $139. So ~$10 less, but this is the best price I could find.
Hope this helps someone. Thanks.

On the drills, the clutch and triggers are similarly excellent, but the size difference and quick responsiveness of the brushless version is a couple steps better. On an already compact tool, that 1" in length is dramatic. 1300rpm on the decade-old PS31 was adequate, but the 1750rpm on this GSR-12v-35 drill is downright zippy.
As for impacts, the old PS41 was a capable, if not too fast. It was also somewhat loud and poor on battery life for a standard impact, at least judged by today's standards. This PS42 is light years ahead with significantly improved battery life, better trigger finesse and multiple speed settings.
Between the two you can accomplish just about any task that isn't mixing mud buckets or hammer drilling. In considering whether this is a deal, the PS42 rarely goes much below $100 as a bare tool.
If you can afford the extra ~$50-60 vs waiting for the brushed set to go on sale again, I advise to get this one, enjoy working with great tools and don't waste a precious moment second guessing the decision.
My 18v DeWalt combo set has served well over the last 20 years, but often times overkill for the task at hand so this will be a nice upgrade for regular jobs around the house.
