I bought one of these a little over a year ago and overall it's great. The times you'll appreciate it most are when your hands are dirty and you don't want to touch the handle, I.e. just changed your cars oil or you're cutting meat. I have yet to change the batteries on mine.

I've had one of the motion activated for a year now and its been reliable and haven't changed the battery yet. We use it alot.

One thing to clarify is this is not like a commercial motion faucet where you are fighting it to stay on.

WIth these you wave on , wave off. If you leave it on it'll auto shutoff after a couple of minutes. Pulling the spray also turns it on.

Bought this last year and its awesome. NO reason to spend $200+ on other versions. Works flawlessly.

My only grip is the senor position makes it easy to turn on/off, but sometime washing a big pan you may trigger it while moving the pan under the faucet.

I bought this last time it was on SD and I love it, but after a couple months the sensor would randomly disable, when no one was around, and the faucet would just start running. I had to manually turn the faucet off and then wait until the sensor showed it was working again before I could open the flow again to use the auto feature. I changed the batteries, and think it may have fixed the issue, but time will tell. Maybe the batteries I originally put in it were bad, but they were brand new.

I got this a couple years ago and could never get the motion activation to work. Haven't tried contacting their support, but verified it had good batteries in it and everything. Faucet was nice enough but this was a bummer.

I got this last time a deal came around. Great to use... But does the water ever shut off after being turned on by motion?
Asking because randomly I heard the water come on and apparently an ant walked across the sensor. Now I turn the faucet off when I'm away

Will not ship to CA.
Was this the case for the previous FP deals for this faucet?

These are super easy to install. Put a couple in rental property. TBD on if they hold up but for the price they are great.

Got this last time it was around this price (~8 months ago), it's mostly great but recently it has been extremely sensitive on the motion activation. It's gotten to the point where I pretty consistently have to turn it back on 3-4 times when washing the dishes. Maybe it's just me using it incorrectly but I didn't have this issue in the past. Have replaced the batteries and everything.

IMO as soon as the faucet (or any "automatic"-type product) doesn't do what it should do more than 3-4 times, I lose trust in it and now it is less of something I don't have to think about and makes my life easier, instead now it's more "ugh I bet this thing going to mess up again".

Have had this faucet for about 2 years and it is still going on the same batteries. We really enjoy it. Paid $100 for it and was totally worth it. I'm thinking about getting a spare for $120 but these deals seem to come up every few months so.

Yes, according to the features listed on the item page, it shuts off automatically after 3 minutes.

I bought mine end of last Summer. Still working perfectly and it's still on the same batteries. One tip, if your washing a pot or pan without pulling down the sprayer (if you pull it down it automatically turns the sensor off) and the faucet keeps turning off and on, stand up a sponge in front of the sensor until your done.

I'm in CA and was able to buy and have it delivered last time this was on SD, so not sure why there's an issue - so far so good installed and used daily for a couple of months.
