Just got my s8+ fixed from crack screen that only had pure white display. It was a disaster to get setup. First ubreakifixit store didn't have part, rescheduled for another store but promo didn't carry over on the updated ticket number, Samsung service was no help (3 30 min calls). Samsung experience store also was no help, can't just bring the phone in, need online ticket submission. Eventually after 2 days was able to book appt and get serviced, 3hrs total. Happy with the results not with the process from start to finish. Local repair store wanted 275 for the job. Thanks OP!

I used this deal to fix my wife s9+ last week and no issues perfect repair @ ubreakifix but took 4 hrs. Then this week my note20 ultra cracked on a drop and got it repair again with this deal. This deal could not have came at a better time for us lol Smilie. Save $400 at least on 2 phones. We are both 1st responders and limit is 1 per account btw.

I tried to repair 2 phones but UBREAKIFIXIT said Samsung denied the second phone. How did you setup the repair? Did you walk-in or setup online then go in?

UBIF replaced screen my s21 ultra in less than an hour. Picked up and the phone wouldn't recognize my sim card. Told the store about it and all they said was "don't you have a warranty".

I eventually shipped the phone to Samsung after not wanting to deal with UBIF anymore. Per Samsung the sim card reader was FRIED - the ubif dummies probably didn't discharge properly before repairing the device.

"Unfortunately you are in a separate eligibility group according to our records and do not qualify."

And I teach at a university! Any luck getting this fixed through chat? TIA

I've owned smart phones for over 10 years and I have not cracked a single screen once.
You haven't lived for 10 years now? You should have been taking selfies dangling off a cliff. 😉😆

They didn't want to touch my older Galaxy Note, told me that repairs only are for 3 years old models max. Whatever
They generally don't stock those parts anymore because most people have traded in, broken or sold them. Fewer active users, means less demand.

Can I asked if the $20 code was emailed to you and roughly when did you get it after the repair completion process?
