OLED shopping and came across this deal. Cheapest I've seen it if you're into Vizio or trying to save some $$ vs LG.

BX and CX panels are largely the same and these are using LG panels

But software/processing is Vizios and…

you get what you pay for

I would avoid them at all costs. It's not worth the money saved.

Is that still the case if you weren't using their OS?

Yes because image processing affects all inputs, ARC is glitchy, VRR is glitchy, there's screen tearing

Also they advertise all ports as being 2.1 but only 3/4 are 2.1.

These use the BX panels and appear a bit dimmer than the CX or A8H models. Good for a basement or bedroom, but not ideal for most living rooms.

The salesman at BB swayed me away as the Video processing is nowhere as good as Sony or LG, and apparently they have been a bit glitchy. Just never bothered to ask how.

If the 55" dropped back to or below BF bricks, may actually bite for my basement, but eyeing out the X80J at the moment.

Vizio so stupidly slow that it actually doesn't make any sense unless you're gonna use it as a monitor with some other software box

Do yourself a favor and don't buy this TV. I have the 55" version and while it looks great, the software is not. My family does not like it because it's not easy to use. The thing takes like 5 seconds to show the Vizio logo after you've pressed the power button to turn it on. During that time you're left wondering if you pressed the button correctly or not. You might press it again but then that will turn it off. It's small annoyances like that that ruin the experience.

As a owner of an 65" Lg BX, it's a Fantastic Tv. Also own a 55" CX , the BX possible due to the extra size looks Amazing with no perceivable difference in brightness to my CX.

Let's make one thing Clear, these Lg Oled TVs are the Best of the Best when compared to anything else.
So even if the BX is using an older processor, it's still better than pretty much anything else.....

The Lg BX replaced a Hisense H9G , the BX is an extremely much better tv then the Hisense, like I would never buy another Hisense ever again.......

LG BX is definitely bright enough and you can control a lot of the settings and make it even brighter.

Now the problem with the Vizio, like all of their models is the software. The Vizio Oleds look amazing, but very difficult for me to recommend because the software ha s a lot of problems , same like the Hisense.....

In short I would 100% recommend the Lg BX Oled over any other Oled when price/quality is factored.
