Not everyone play FPS game that need 1ms. There are other games you know.

Is that really the consensus? Millions of gamers via steam surveys are on 1080p 60hz monitors. 1440p 100hz is night and day different. This is a gaming monitor through and through.

I've had this now for almost a year now. Great monitor- I don't game or anything but for work it definitely takes the place of two smaller 23in monitors in my workspace.

Does anyone know if this display has flicker-free backlight?
I tried googling/rtings/spec to find out. I may have missed it but cannot find solid answer.
Hmm... thanks in advance for any input

Dumb question. Right now using 2 monitors connected to 2 laptops each for work. Can I replace with this monitor to connect to 2 laptops? No right ?
This monitor does support Picture in Picture and picture by picture. So you can connect 2 inputs and display both on the same monitor. However the monitor only has 1 DisplayPort so the second computer would have to be hooked up via hdmi.

Ok I ordered this. Whats the recommended adjustable height stand?
Hi, Not sure what this means exactly. I just put this together. Great monitor. It is not adjustable in the least bit. not up or down - I don't even see a tilt feature - just so you know.

It does tilt. But it is not height adjustable. I think he was asking about a 3rd party aftermarket stand. These use a weird hexagon connection so I don't know if any aftermarket stands would work unless they are vesa mounts

That's what I understand. I'd like a stand that goes up and down. I'm curious what others have found that support this ultra wide monitor.

Is it possible to split the screen without installing 3rd party software on the laptop since my work laptop is locked down.

Not sure exactly what you are looking for but if you are talking one computer and one connection windows supports that natively. Either drag the window to the left or right edge or winkey + right arrow.

It works wonderfully, It does how ever have one pixel that occasionally turns on and off. For the price compared to similar products this monitor cant be beat.

This is a great price but curious to hear from others who have used the current LG 35" ultrawide monitor from Costco and compared it to this monoprice monitor. I have the aforementioned LG monitor for work and it works great along with my work laptop.. Only thing that annoys me is when the laptop wakes up i have to move the windows /browsers back over to the monitor. I'm assuming this monoprice monitor wouldn't have that same issue?
This is how your laptop / windows OS handles things when it goes to sleep. It would not change.

To anyone worried about vesa mounting this. I had no issue mounting it to my Amazon dual monitor table stand. Great monitor so far but I also just use for work. Border is big and monitor in general is huge but no regrets
