Just got one of these a few weeks ago for $40 and there's a few things I wish I knew. It won't fit standing in either of our Sedans trunks without taking the pull handle off of the cooler entirely. This means if we have any leftover drinks or ice, we have to lay the cooler down in the trunk and everything just spills out. The handles on the side of the cooler aren't normal handles— they're just like nubs that are hard to hold onto and don't have any curved surface to grab. Lastly; the wheels laugh at you when it comes to sand. They are useless. You will be dragging this dead beady of a thing around if you go near sand and it's filled with goodies— I learned the sad way at the beach and again at a local park with the kids. We want to like it, but feel like we would need an SUV/van/truck to properly transport it and can't really use it in our beach environment.
I have had this cooler for 5-6 years now. Only complaint is the pulling metal parts/bars. Now makes a good amount of noise to pull up and have to slam reheally hard to get it all the way back down. Just make sure that you clean it out every time you are done using (just like any cooler) to keep free of icky spots/mold. Makes transporting large amounts of cool stuff a breeze. Keeps items and especially aluminum cool really well. Got as gift but would easily buy to own again.
I ordered this during the last sale in Feb, it never delivered as it was lost in transit. I just called for a replacement, the previous price was $26.83

Does anyone know what happened to ship to store option? I'm sick and tired of packages stolen from my porch in NYC. Something this large would definitely attract thieves attention even though this is worthless.
I've had the slightly larger version for many years and its good, lid can be annoyingly difficult to open. I've also recently picked one of these up for free and repaired the handle and it's just as reliable.

It is a good cooler. You are advised to baby the "luggage handle" or it will break when you look at it cross-wise.
