Appears the black shoes are the only women's ones available.

I had the same issue. I ordered the Skechers slip-on shoe a month ago and they never shipped it. There is no way to get a hold of customer service. I was about to call my bank but I noticed they refunded my card when I checked my statement a couple weeks later. Never had any communication with them though.

Not true. Maybe in your size, but I ordered the ones pictured.

Restocking fee for returns. No customer care number and very slow turn around time for email support. Pass.

I used to buy and run in Asics budget shoes and they didn't work very good as running shoes.

Ordered them, received them, they are quite comfortable. Ordering another pair to try to implement an "indoor shoes" strategy. Thank you!

Should have read this comment earlier. I called to cancel in an hour of ordering and was told that it was already processed and sent to warehouse. Waited for another 10 days and saw that nothing was shipped. So contacted and asked them again on why cant they cancel when they cant fulfil the order. Just got a mail that they cancelled it. I would be wary of shoes.com from now on

Never received shoes. No reply to emails. No replies for request to cancel. Will not do business with this company again.
