I had the same issue. I ordered the Skechers slip-on shoe a month ago and they never shipped it. There is no way to get a hold of customer service. I was about to call my bank but I noticed they refunded my card when I checked my statement a couple weeks later. Never had any communication with them though.

Should have read this comment earlier. I called to cancel in an hour of ordering and was told that it was already processed and sent to warehouse. Waited for another 10 days and saw that nothing was shipped. So contacted and asked them again on why cant they cancel when they cant fulfil the order. Just got a mail that they cancelled it. I would be wary of shoes.com from now on
