Also, be sure you want the item when you hit order. There is no cancellation process.

I ordered a few 60s bat caves last year on clearance & all boxes had noticeable wear. It was such a great deal, I'm not angry, but worth noting.

Got the Lambo from this site last month. Came in quick from overseas. Not a huge star wars fan, but will def buy more of their premium sets from them that go on sale.

Fyi from my recent experience Zavvi stopped using DHL so shipping times did take noticably longer. Also they shipped one order from Spain??? But whatever.

I also ordered the Disney Castle from them. The outer box was somewhat damaged. The inner box might have looked like it got a little wet. Take that for what you want. If it's for yourself, no problem at all. If it's a gift or to keep as unopened, it might be more of a coin flip.

That's better than when I ordered the Castle directly from Lego and it arrived through Fedex in a cardboard box about 1.5 times as big as the set, loose in there and sliding around with hardly any cushioning!😤 It, of course had a smashed in corner where it was dropped somewhere along the line. This was in the US. When I lived in Japan I used to get Lego sets direct from Lego, double boxed and shipped and received in pristine condition.

Yep. The majority of my damaged in transits sets have been Lego.com....including the Falcon.
