Good price for specs. This unit went on sale round $150 a while back on Amazon. This is slick but if you dont need now it may drop below $150 again.

$149.95 is the lowest from past SD.

I have this guy, but if I didn't I'd probably go for the newer xwt17z mid torque. Check out "torque test channel" on YouTube if you're a tool guy. This big Makita loses to the Milwaukie.

It loses in what way? Torque, cost, size, weight, ergonomics, features, battery compatibility, etc.

for those wondering what the hack is..... ship the gun to you and pick up the battery, but never pick it up. (or pick up at two different locations) Thus the battery is eventually returned and the gun is ~192

loses in torque both forwards and backwards, weight, and excessive vibration making it tough to keep it centered.

Another way is if it's available in store, choose the pickup option for the tool, choose ship to home and then cancel the battery order. This trick won't work if the tool is not available in store and have to ship to store.
