You can't lump every Ace Store into one. They're franchises and are all independently managed. I've got 3 well run stores nearby and 1 ran by a bunch of grumpy assholes. If you're doing home projects consistently, you should already know which of your neighborhood stores are legit.

It's hard to tell in the first pictures but the kit packaging is actually a vinyl bag that can roll up -- Was a pleasant surprise because I thought I'd have to find something to contain them.
Was excited and ended up overlooked the saw zaw blade set for $7 as well, considering ordering that now too -- I like how it also comes with the labeled vinyl bag.

Lowes has same $9.99 price but don't think they have the $3 rewards discount. I ordered and went to the store within 20 min, didn't get email saying pickup was ready but went in there and it took them a few minutes to go grab it off the shelf and hand to me.
I've had plenty of customer service issues with all stores, I've learned to be very assertive when trying to obtain SD's.
