I don't see Model A2713 listed as being USB-IF Certified at https://www.usb.org/products.

I spent a month visiting family in Austria this winter and figured I would just buy a USB-C charger there instead of bringing one of mine + a bulky converter. Big mistake, selection and price are nothing like here. After spending hours trying to figure out options I got one that was maybe like 18-20w for like 40 euros that took like 3 days to arrive.

As someone who travels to both the UK and Europe for a month or so every year or two I snapped this up instantly. It may not be a deal compared to a dedicated US charger but it's way better than the alternatives for someone who just travels with USB-C devices (I only bring a Pixel and a Surface Pro on the road).

EDIT: Hold up. What is this nonsense? How deep does the rabbit hole go? If I had to check a product for USB-IF Compliance every time I wanted to buy something, I wouldn't slick a single deal.

If looking for USB-IF certified (which is never a bad idea), here are several multi-port chargers. I know there are more, but these have been on my short list based on price.
