You're right. It's so cool to threadcrap in physical media threads, which is a product that is hanging on by a thread, and 3D is already almost non-existent. Keep up the good work.

You can get this for $23.33 if you wait until release day on the 16th and do the Target B2G1 free trick.
That's what I had planned to do, but today is the release day (June 15th) and it does not have B2G1F associated with it. Or does Target not add the B2G1F until 1 day after release date?
I thought they stopped selling 3D blu rays in the U.S.
Too bad no new OLEDs support 3D. The older models that had 3D only required passive glasses, resulting in a better experience (less crosstalk, better motion, etc.).
I would likely sell my JVC projector and buy a 77" or 82" OLED if 3D capability were still available...
Same here. Hanging on to my JVC projector for now.

I just saw this earlier today and was going to update my post it is a little annoying because it should qualify. Maybe we can try again tomorrow. My copy from Best Buy should arrive today and I will open it but if I can order from target I will order that and return the new copy to Best Buy to refund my 27.99 price

It should qualify, but perhaps Target does not re-assess new releases during a B2G1F week. I've tried asking here and elsewhere, and nobody answers, so I think nobody knows. At this moment I'm going with this assumption: until I see someone post 1 example of a new release having been or being added to the B2G1F, I'm going to assume Target runs its B2G1F script only once on Sunday.
Sure I'll probably check once each day this week just to make sure, but I'm pretty sure it's not happening this time around. Also, I know I shouldn't be a price stickler, but I've almost never paid over $24 for a US 3D release, so $27.99 at BB seems a little too high... unless people are aware that it's a MOD title that will soon no longer be produced. I remember jumping on Shazam and Detective Pikachu 3D at $20-$24-ish and I'm pretty sure they dropped to $22.99 before B2G1F making them $15-ish. In the good old days we could safely wait months or even 1-2 years, but these days I have no confidence if such things will go OOP or prices will drop. It's a new world and I'm trying to learn pricing trends of this new world. All I know about this "new world" is (to quote Mr. Horse) "no sir, I didn't like it".

Also the 3D "needs" to be remuxed with the Atmos from the 2D disc as it comes with a DTS HD track.

It is listed as sold out at Target. I think it is sold out at most places.

I'd be in if it's $18-ish…not at $28 though
