Besides that bearing bars are way overrated. People only started caring about bars once Rogue started selling all kinds of fancy pants bars.
I have both types and use my cheap bushing bar 90% of the time because I like the knurl and diameter better. Honestly couldn't care less about the spin or whatever bearings get me
Edit. More like $600 range for a Rogue bearing barā¦!

I'll let you know once I get it. Ordered it last time it was posted

For $70 is probably safe to assume it's a bushing bar. I think Rogue bearing bars start in the $300-400 range.

Rogue the t-shirt company? I didn't realize they made other stuff.
Ditto this. Bearings are great if you're working towards elite Oly lifting, but I've been perfectly happy with my generic bushing bar for (light) powerlifting and general fitness for 15+ years. Expensive bars are often overrated, I've tried blind tests with about 5-6 different bars and a lot comes down to good knurling and your personal preference.

T shirt company. Hilarious š
I'd be more concerned if a hex bolt were holding the sleeves on (which is most likely). Those tend to come loose in time and require frequent tightening. I know mine did.
