For my reference, what would've been a good price for something like this (assuming accurate specs) pre pandemic?
$70 for a barbell, even if its crappy, is a good price pre/post pandemic.

Anyone have experience with this brand? Looking for a landmine bar, was planning on waiting until the rep fitness basic bar came back in stock but this might be a better deal for my intended use.
The rep basic bar is the generic hex-nut type barbell. I highly doubt it'll make a difference if you're going to just be slamming it on landmines! Also, as I think we are all seeing, the secondary market is dropping dramatically, so I bet you can find a bent or beater bar locally for cheaper!

I'd be more concerned if a hex bolt were holding the sleeves on (which is most likely). Those tend to come loose in time and require frequent tightening. I know mine did.
Can you use locktite to remedy that?

Yep...use loctite. While you're at it, I'd likely grease the contact points between the sleeve and bar. I did for all my bars with bushings and helps with rotation and longevity.

Bushing or bearing?
Neither. Shoulder bolt.

All of these cheapo bars are made by the same manufacturing plant(s) and then branded with whatever you please for a couple bucks more. You can order them off Alibaba and have your own brand put on there if you wish.

If you're doing 20 reps of 400lbs, maybe this bar wasn't meant for you.

This is a good price for even pre pandemic.

First thing I did was unscrew it and Loctite it. Solid ever since!

Edit: sorry just realize I was beaten to this advice. So...ditto!

Did you use red or blue loctite?

Yep, always blue for me. I don't want things to become impossible to ever loosen again Wink
