I'm an IT guy for a few small businesses and in my experience the Cyberpower UPS's are fairly unreliable. They tend to fail within a year or 2 and they do it quickly leaving employees scrambling for power strips and freaking out about the alarm beeps. I switched to APC and haven't had any problems so far. I have one that's 3 years old and still going strong. Just my opinion.

Ive had numerous CyberPower UPS units of all sizes and capacities for years without failures. Of course the battery maintenance is expected but the base unit themselves are still flawless. APC is also good nonetheless.
